Strategi dibangun dengan pendekatan \u201cdirect\u00a0 atau non direct cascading\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>CASCADING DIRECT<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Kinerja\u00a0 Atasan adalah kumulatif dari kinerja bawahannya ( keberhasilan kinerja atasan dapat diukur langsung oleh\u00a0 keberhasilan kinerja bahawannya ).<\/li>\n<li>Apabila kinerja JPT\u00a0 berupa outcome\u00a0 maka kinerja bawahannya ( ketua tim kerja )\u00a0 biasanya adalah pembagian outcome\u00a0 dimaksud berdasarkan tahapan \/wilayah\/ beban target\u00a0 kuantitatif.<\/li>\n<li>Membutuhkan dukungan SDM yang\u00a0 kuat (JPT\u00a0 harus memastikan kemampuan SDMnya )\u00a0 serta struktur unit \u00a0kerja yang\u00a0 tepat.
